नई दिल्ली: भारत के रोजगार बाजार में वित्त वर्ष 2026-27 की दूसरी छमाही के दौरान hiring activity तेज हो सकती है और e-commerce तथा technology startups इस बढ़त का नेतृत्व कर सकते हैं।
Staffing company TeamLease Services की नवीनतम Employment Outlook Report के अनुसार अक्टूबर 2026 से मार्च 2027 के बीच भारत का Net Employment Change (NEC) 5.4% रहने का अनुमान है। यह H1 FY27 के 4.7% से अधिक है और हाल की कई छमाहियों में सबसे मजबूत स्तरों में शामिल है।
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक e-commerce और technology startups में projected NEC 12.6% है, जो survey में शामिल sectors में सबसे अधिक है। इसके बाद travel and hospitality तथा retail का स्थान है।
हालांकि ये आंकड़े भविष्य में होने वाली वास्तविक नियुक्तियों की संख्या नहीं हैं। ये employers द्वारा survey के दौरान बताई गई workforce-expansion plans पर आधारित projections हैं।
1,239 Employers के Survey पर आधारित है अनुमान
TeamLease की Employment Outlook Report के लिए 23 industries और 20 cities के 1,239 employers से जानकारी जुटाई गई।
Survey fieldwork जुलाई और अगस्त 2026 के दौरान किया गया था।
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक H2 FY27 में 60% organisations अपने workforce को बढ़ाने की योजना बना रही हैं, जबकि 24% headcount में कोई बदलाव नहीं देख रही हैं और 16% workforce में कमी का अनुमान लगा रही हैं।
यह employer sentiment में सुधार की ओर संकेत करता है, लेकिन actual hiring आर्थिक मांग, funding conditions, skills availability और कंपनियों की business performance जैसे कारकों से प्रभावित हो सकती है।

E-commerce और Tech Startups सबसे आगे
Sector-wise projections में e-commerce और technology startups सबसे मजबूत दिखाई देते हैं।
TeamLease के मुताबिक प्रमुख sectors का projected Net Employment Change इस प्रकार है:
E-commerce और Technology Startups — 12.6%
Travel और Hospitality — 12.3%
Retail — 10.3%
Automotive — 10.1%
EV और EV Infrastructure — 9.7%
Banking — 9.2%
ये projections digital businesses के साथ consumption-driven और emerging sectors में भी workforce demand की ओर इशारा करते हैं।
Startups के संदर्भ में 12.6% का आंकड़ा खास तौर पर महत्वपूर्ण है, लेकिन इसे “startup jobs में 12.6% की निश्चित वृद्धि” नहीं समझा जाना चाहिए। यह e-commerce और technology startup category के लिए TeamLease का projected Net Employment Change है।
H1 FY27 के मुकाबले Hiring Outlook में सुधार
H2 FY27 के लिए overall NEC 5.4% अनुमानित है, जबकि वित्त वर्ष की पहली छमाही में यह 4.7% था।
एक साल पहले की समान अवधि में यह 4.4% था।
इस तुलना से employers की workforce-expansion expectations में सुधार दिखाई देता है।
TeamLease Services के Senior Vice President A. Balasubramanian ने कहा कि H2 FY27 के लिए 5.4% employment growth का अनुमान अधिक targeted workforce expansion की ओर बदलाव दिखाता है, जहां कंपनियां hiring decisions को बदलती demand के साथ अधिक करीब से जोड़ रही हैं।
उन्होंने साथ ही कहा कि अगली चुनौती hiring plans को सही capabilities में बदलने की होगी।
बड़े Enterprises में Hiring Confidence ज्यादा
Company size के आधार पर hiring plans में अंतर दिखाई देता है।
TeamLease के मुताबिक 66% large enterprises अपने workforce को बढ़ाने की योजना बना रहे हैं। Medium-sized enterprises में यह अनुपात 59% है।
Startups, micro और small businesses की category में 53% organisations workforce expansion की योजना बना रही हैं।
इससे एक महत्वपूर्ण अंतर सामने आता है: startups से जुड़े sectors growth projections में आगे हैं, लेकिन organisation-size के आधार पर workforce बढ़ाने का confidence बड़े enterprises में अधिक है।
यानी “startup sector में hiring outlook मजबूत है” और “startups सबसे अधिक employers के स्तर पर hiring करेंगे”—ये दोनों एक ही बात नहीं हैं।
Bengaluru Hiring Plans में सबसे आगे
शहरों के स्तर पर technology और business hubs hiring plans में आगे दिखाई दे रहे हैं।
Report के अनुसार workforce expansion के लिए Bengaluru 68% के साथ सबसे आगे है। इसके बाद Hyderabad 61% और Pune 60% पर हैं। Pune ने मौजूदा half-year में सबसे बड़ी बढ़त भी दर्ज की।
यह pattern technology, digital services, startups और specialised professional roles की demand से जुड़े प्रमुख urban employment centres की अहमियत को रेखांकित करता है।
नौकरियां हैं, लेकिन सही Talent मिलना चुनौती
Positive hiring outlook के बावजूद employers के सामने skills shortage बड़ी चुनौती बनी हुई है।
Workforce बढ़ाने की योजना बना रहे employers में 72% ने कहा कि उन्हें hiring में moderate से significant difficulty आने की आशंका है।
सबसे अधिक hiring challenges इन functions में सामने आ सकते हैं:
IT — 39%
Sales & Marketing — 38%
Engineering — 32%
रिपोर्ट के अनुसार roles को भरने में औसतन 35 से 45 दिन लग रहे हैं, जबकि specialised और site-based positions में इससे अधिक समय लग सकता है।
इसका अर्थ है कि job openings और उपलब्ध skilled candidates के बीच mismatch H2 FY27 की hiring growth को सीमित करने वाला एक महत्वपूर्ण factor हो सकता है।
AI बढ़ रहा है, लेकिन Workforce Transformation अभी सीमित
TeamLease की रिपोर्ट hiring के साथ Artificial Intelligence adoption की भी दिलचस्प तस्वीर पेश करती है।
Survey में 85% employers ने AI या Generative AI के किसी न किसी स्तर पर इस्तेमाल की जानकारी दी, लेकिन केवल 13% organisations में AI adoption आधे से अधिक workforce तक पहुंचा है।
यह अंतर बताता है कि AI tools का इस्तेमाल व्यापक जरूर हो रहा है, लेकिन अधिकांश organisations में उनका integration अभी सीमित स्तर पर है।
TeamLease के अनुसार companies फिलहाल बड़े पैमाने पर workforce redesign करने के बजाय existing jobs और workflows में AI tools को शामिल कर रही हैं।
यह hiring outlook के लिए भी महत्वपूर्ण है, क्योंकि AI adoption का अर्थ हर sector में सीधे headcount reduction होना जरूरी नहीं है। वर्तमान survey में technology-driven sectors स्वयं मजबूत hiring intentions दिखा रहे हैं।
Job Seekers के लिए किन Skills की Demand?
Report में employers की skill priorities भी सामने आई हैं।
Digital literacy को 59% employers ने महत्वपूर्ण hiring requirement बताया। Communication skills को 51% और teamwork तथा collaboration को 48% employers ने प्राथमिकता दी।
इससे संकेत मिलता है कि कंपनियां केवल technical expertise नहीं, बल्कि digital tools के साथ काम करने की क्षमता और workplace skills के combination को महत्व दे रही हैं।
Startup Hiring के लिए इसका क्या मतलब है?
TeamLease survey से startup employment के लिए तीन प्रमुख संकेत निकलते हैं।
पहला, e-commerce और technology startups 12.6% projected NEC के साथ sectoral table में सबसे आगे हैं, जिससे इस category में workforce demand मजबूत रहने की संभावना दिखाई देती है।
दूसरा, hiring समान रूप से सभी startups में नहीं फैली होगी। Organisation-size data के मुताबिक startups, micro और small businesses में 53% employers workforce बढ़ाने की योजना बना रहे हैं, जबकि large enterprises में यह आंकड़ा 66% है।
तीसरा, talent availability निर्णायक होगी। IT, engineering और sales जैसे functions में skill shortages का मतलब है कि मजबूत hiring intent होने के बावजूद companies को suitable candidates खोजने में समय लग सकता है।
इसलिए H2 FY27 के आंकड़े startup employment में सुधार की संभावना दिखाते हैं, लेकिन आने वाले महीनों में actual job creation, recruitment volumes और workforce additions से ही यह स्पष्ट होगा कि survey में दिखा confidence वास्तविक नियुक्तियों में किस हद तक बदलता है।
निष्कर्ष
भारत का employment outlook H2 FY27 में पिछली छमाही के मुकाबले मजबूत दिखाई दे रहा है। Overall Net Employment Change 4.7% से बढ़कर 5.4% होने का अनुमान है और e-commerce तथा technology startups 12.6% projected NEC के साथ प्रमुख sectors में सबसे आगे हैं।
लेकिन report को jobs की guaranteed growth forecast के रूप में पढ़ना सही नहीं होगा। यह employers के hiring intentions पर आधारित survey है।
आने वाले महीनों में असली परीक्षा यह होगी कि stronger employer confidence कितनी तेजी से actual recruitment में बदलता है—और क्या companies IT, engineering तथा sales जैसे क्षेत्रों में आवश्यक skilled talent हासिल कर पाती हैं।
