20 KM सिर्फ 16 मिनट में: Donor Heart के लिए कैसे खाली कराया गया Ghaziabad-Noida का रास्ता
एक donor heart को Hindon Airport, Ghaziabad से Fortis Hospital, Noida पहुंचाने के लिए ऐसा traffic operation चलाया गया जिसमें करीब 20 किलोमीटर की दूरी केवल 16 मिनट में तय की गई। Hospital, airport authorities, Ghaziabad और Gautam Buddh Nagar traffic police तथा दूसरे अधिकारियों के बीच coordinated green corridor तैयार किया गया। Fortis से जुड़ी विस्तृत जानकारी के अनुसार इस route पर 100 से अधिक पुलिसकर्मी तैनात किए गए थे। Heart को Panchkula के Command Hospital से retrieve कर Chandigarh Airport ले जाया गया, वहां से airlift करके Hindon Airport पहुंचाया गया और फिर ambulance के जरिए Noida भेजा गया। Transplant सफल रहा।
Panchkula से Noida तक कैसे पहुंचा donor heart?
इस operation की शुरुआत तब हुई जब Panchkula के Command Hospital में एक suitable donor heart उपलब्ध हुआ। Fortis Noida ने एक साथ कई teams activate कीं। एक retrieval team Panchkula के लिए रवाना हुई, जबकि Noida में clinical team recipient को transplant के लिए तैयार करने लगी। Administrative team ने Haryana, Chandigarh, Ghaziabad और Noida की authorities के साथ transport coordination शुरू किया।
Heart को Command Hospital से Chandigarh Airport तक लाया गया। वहां से इसे विमान द्वारा Hindon Airport पहुंचाया गया। NDTV की Fortis-attributed report के अनुसार Hindon Airport पर ambulance को aircraft के करीब पहुंचाने के लिए airport और Air Force security authorities से विशेष coordination किया गया, ताकि landing और road transfer के बीच का समय कम रखा जा सके।
20 KM के लिए 100 से ज्यादा पुलिसकर्मी
Final road journey सबसे sensitive stages में से एक थी।
Hospital administration ने सुबह Ghaziabad traffic police से संपर्क कर Hindon Airport से Fortis Noida तक green corridor की जरूरत बताई। इसके बाद Ghaziabad और Noida के stretches के लिए अलग-अलग traffic teams को जिम्मेदारी दी गई। Control room भी movement पर नजर रख रहा था और ambulance के साथ police escort vehicle लगाया गया।
Heart के Hindon Airport पहुंचते ही उसे ambulance में transfer किया गया। Green corridor की मदद से ambulance ने करीब 20 km की दूरी केवल 16 मिनट में पूरी की।
Green Corridor आखिर होता क्या है?
Green corridor कोई स्थायी सड़क या अलग lane नहीं होती। यह एक temporary, tightly coordinated traffic route होता है जिसमें signals, junctions और road movement को इस तरह manage किया जाता है कि emergency vehicle को कम से कम रुकना पड़े।
Organ transplantation में इसकी जरूरत खास तौर पर इसलिए पड़ती है क्योंकि retrieved organ के पास unlimited transport time नहीं होता। Heart जैसे organ को शरीर से बाहर रखने के दौरान cold ischaemia शुरू हो जाती है, यानी blood supply बंद होने के कारण tissue को oxygen नहीं मिलती। Medical literature में traditional cold storage के लिए heart transplantation का समय आम तौर पर कुछ घंटों के भीतर रखने पर जोर दिया जाता है; longer ischaemic time बढ़ते clinical risk से जुड़ा है।

Hospital में recipient पहले से था तैयार
Heart transport होने के दौरान Fortis Noida की clinical team recipient को surgery के लिए तैयार कर रही थी। इसका उद्देश्य यह था कि organ hospital पहुंचते ही transplant process में अनावश्यक देरी न हो। Hospital के अनुसार final coordination ने transplant को समय पर पूरा करने में मदद की।
Fortis Hospital Noida के Zonal Director Mohit Singh ने inter-state green corridor को law enforcement, airport authorities और hospital emergency teams के बीच coordinated effort बताया और donor family के organ-donation decision के प्रति आभार जताया।
Viral posts में “Army officer” का दावा कितना confirmed है?
इस कहानी का एक social-media version donor को Army officer बताता है। India Today की NewsMo listing भी donor heart को Army officer से जोड़ती है। लेकिन Fortis-attributed detailed account में donor की पहचान इस रूप में नहीं दी गई है। उसी तरह recipient की उम्र भी उस detailed account में स्पष्ट नहीं की गई।
इसी कारण JantaScope की रिपोर्ट में donor की military identity या recipient की exact age को confirmed fact के रूप में प्रस्तुत करना उचित नहीं होगा जब तक Fortis, Armed Forces या किसी अन्य primary authority से स्पष्ट confirmation न मिले।
यह distinction महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि viral videos अक्सर एक वास्तविक घटना के साथ अतिरिक्त biographical details जोड़ देते हैं, जबकि core incident सही हो सकता है।
